We would then go farther down river to fish for Steelhead.
Ben has been a rafting and fishing guide on the Salmon,
so he had a spot in mind he wanted to fish.
It turned out fruitful in the first hour, which is amazing as the typical amount of hours fished for a single Steelhead can be in the dozens.
(and Ben shouts to his father who was fishing upstream from us)
Traveling back upstream after a couple more hours in that spot, we stopped at Yankee Fork, and the Sunbeam Dam . Or what's left of it.
We watched the dozens of anglers all crowding
what they think is the best spot for a catch. That's called combat fishing.
We then cruised back to Stanley where Mr Steelhead got filleted, and we had a fish fry with the Sawtooth Mt Range looking over us.
