Allowing for three days, we were able to finish the job in two days since pretty much everything co operated.
The weather was nice, partially cloudy and highs in the seventies. No sun beating down mercilessly and no snow, lol. It is thunderstorm weather, clouds form up after noon, and showers and sometime hail precipitates for a bit.
That just means seek cover for a few minutes while the temps drop and the cell passes. (as you will see)
These planks of Douglas fir will be used to repair bridges on the trail system after the last fires had burnt some up.
So the third day I have "free" can be used to patrol the Knapweed infestation locally. The cool weather and moisture will help make the ground easier to uproot the proliferous pests.
