Sweet Potato Pie
I don't know where the idea came from, aside from articles popping up all over the web, but it looked like something I could do.
Now the family always loves baked sweet potatoes at Thanksgiving, just with butter and eat the skins too.
( Oiled skins make crisp tasty containers, for such as I will try twice baked sweet potatoes tomorrow).
